About the Work: In the fall of 2008 we won Ronald McDonald House Charity's global digital business. The first step in all of the work that followed was a site redesign that would meet their branding, functionality, and scalability requirements.

The new site needed to engage donors and show them opportunities to support the charity in a number of ways. Our design and content development aimed to offer the same feeling one gets when walking into a Ronald McDonald House - one of warmth and openness. Improved information architecture made it easier for users to find what they are looking for, and a series of videos increased the emotional connection and relationship between RMHC and their donors.
