About the Work: The BC Public School Employees Association wanted a centralized employee recruitment website that would inspire people to explore, discover and ultimately apply for jobs in BC education.

We first developed a new consumer centred brand and visual identify that communicated the essence of what working in the education sector in BC uniquely provides. We then created a print collateral, advertising, trade show banners and a website that provided all of the information needed by prospective applicants.

Key to the project was a strategy that saw 90% of School Districts commit to the project. After the launch of Make a Future, BCPSEA saw a 217% increase in unique page views and an 83% increase in job searches.
